My girlfriend and I went to order and the lady at the register was just plain rude, not neutral or uncaring but straight up rude, and then they got my order wrong as well. We will not be returning, which is unfortunate because the bagels are actually decent (when the get the order right). Good food doesn’t make up for horrible service.

This was great when the first opened, but they seem to have gone downhill. 9am and they are out of many bagels, won’t give you a water cup, but tell you to purchase a bottle, staff used to be super friendly and helpful, but the new batch doesn’t seem to care about customers. There are plenty of other options so we won’t be back.

The bagel was very good. Salmon, Egg, Swiss on a toasted Onion Bagel. The place was fairly busy during my time sitting and eating there. Good atmosphere and the employees were nice. Despite other reviews talking of how slow it was, my food came out quickly and they even verified specific details how I wanted the food. The price was pretty high considering the amount of food you’re getting. I spent $20 on a bagel and bottle of water, but the taste was good. Definitely one of the better places in town for a Salmon bagel.

I tried this place in Cypress before so was excited when it came to BCS. Today I went and met the owner, the guy I'm always seeing on their IG. Super nice guy and he informed me that they'll be getting punch cards soon because I just know I've racked up a few free bagels by now. Lol get there before 1pm if you want the bigger selection of bagels. Right now I'm stuck on the asiago with spinach and artichoke cream cheese. The Swiss cheese bagel is good also. The chedder Bacon cream cheese is good but a lil salty and the Chives and onion one is delicious but you'll want to brush your teeth after lol. When it comes to bagels I'm always going to open face it and add tomatoes.. today I'm trying the egg bagel with the spinach artichoke, also good.. oh I've also had the spinach artichoke panini and it is soooo delicious!! Hoping that they survive a long time in this area!!

I really enjoyed this bagel spot. Our family of 4 with 2 children dined in and we all enjoyed our food. The staff was very friendly which absolutely set the tone for our whole experience. The owner was present and came to introduce himself and make sure we had everything we needed. Many reviews commented that it’s pricy. I didn't find it overly pricey, I felt the pricing was pretty fair for the quality of food and amount of food we got. Also you have to consider it’s a prime location, beautiful scenery at Century Square, very clean, and again, super friendly staff. You get what you pay for and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to try this place out.
